[BUG] Starting AFTER Flux 8.0.13, the Operations Console no longer renders Custom Actions.

Custom Actions still work as expected in the Flux engine after version 8.0.13.
The Operations Console bug will be fixed in: 
Flux 8.0.16
Flux 8.1.3
Flux 8.2
